These terms govern the relationship between Adirondack Corp Vendor Opportunities ("the Company," "we," "us") and any business entity or individual acting as a material supplier or logistics provider ("Vendor," "you"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this Site.
2. Nature of Relationship: Not a Partnership
Critical Notice: The use of this Site and any subsequent communication or submission of materials does not constitute a legal partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Adirondack Corp Vendor Opportunities is seeking material suppliers and service providers only. * Vendors act as independent contractors.
Supplying materials (such as lumber, hardware, or roofing) does not grant the Vendor any equity, partnership rights, or authority to represent Adirondack Corp.
3. Use of the Site & Procurement Portal
This Site is provided for the purpose of vetting potential vendors for the structures manufactured by Adirondack Corp (est. 1991).
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and current data regarding material availability, organic sourcing practices, and insurance compliance.
Prohibited Use: You may not use this site to harvest data or attempt to interfere with the "Adirondack Corp. Network" security.
4. Material Standards & Delivery Requirements
All vendors submitting applications through this portal acknowledge the following:
Centralized Delivery: All materials must be delivered to our main building location: 24685 State Highway 97, Hancock, NY 13783.
Quality Specifications: Materials must meet the specific technical requirements defined in our procurement pages, including 29 gauge metal roofing, 4-inch structural screws, and seasoned rough-cut lumber.
Compliance: Hauling and logistics vendors must maintain a valid DOT number and active cargo/liability insurance throughout the duration of any service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including the designs for our Pole Barns, Pavilions, and Utility Sheds, is the property of Adirondack Corp. Your use of this Site to supply materials grants you no license or right to use our proprietary designs or trademarks for your own commercial gain.
6. Limitation of Liability
Adirondack Corp Vendor Opportunities shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use this Site, or for the conduct of any vendor during the vetting process.
7. Indemnification
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adirondack Corp and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Vendor's breach of these terms, including the failure to maintain proper insurance or DOT compliance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site or our procurement process shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware County, NY.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time to reflect the growing needs of our 21-county service area across New York and Pennsylvania.
